Mortgage Agent Level 2 | Team Lead
Cam Wilson founded the Wilson Mortgage Team with a focus on independent advice, strategic mortgage planning, and long-term client relationships.
Having assisted thousands of families across Niagara and Southern Ontario, Cam is known for helping clients understand not only mortgage rates, but how mortgage decisions impact their broader financial future.
Outside of lending, Cam is actively involved in community initiatives, healthcare advocacy, financial literacy, and local charitable projects throughout Niagara.
Dominika Clarke
Mortgage Broker
Dominika brings nearly three decades of financial services experience to the Wilson Mortgage Team.
She spent approximately 15 years with RBC and Meridian Credit Union, developing extensive expertise in lending, underwriting, and client financial planning before transitioning into mortgage brokering.
For the past 12 years, Dominika has worked as a Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage Broker, helping clients navigate purchases, refinances, renewals, and complex lending situations.
Her combination of bank-side and broker-side experience provides clients with valuable insight into how lending decisions are made and how to structure applications for success.

Kim Steele
Mortgage Agent Level 2
Kim’s career combines both traditional banking experience and independent mortgage expertise.
She spent approximately 15 years with Teachers Credit Union and FirstOntario Credit Union, working directly with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals.
For the past 10 years, Kim has worked as a Dominion Lending Centres Mortgage Agent, assisting homeowners, first-time buyers, and investors with mortgage solutions tailored to their needs.
Clients appreciate Kim’s practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to making the mortgage process straightforward and stress-free.
Annaira Learmann
Community Relations & Administration
Annaira recently completed her Mortgage Agent Level 1 education requirements and is currently awaiting final licensing approval.
As a Brock University Economics student, she brings strong analytical skills, organization, and enthusiasm to the team.
Annaira also serves as Community Relations Officer for the Niagara Community Room, helping coordinate community programming, outreach initiatives, and partnerships that support residents throughout the region.
She represents the next generation of mortgage professionals and community leaders in Niagara.
Gracie Ayenuro
Business Development & Community Partnerships
Gracie supports business development initiatives and community engagement activities across the Wilson Mortgage Team.
Her background includes involvement with community programming, nonprofit organizations, outreach initiatives, and partnerships that help connect residents with valuable local resources and services.
Gracie’s work focuses on relationship building, community collaboration, and ensuring the Wilson Mortgage Team remains actively engaged in the communities it serves.
